“Bella posizione - piscina pulita e curata - giardino grande , ordinato e ben tenuto - camere spaziose e confortevoli - buffet accettabile e con scelta - e buona prima colazione - personale gentile e disponibile. Si può arrivare in paese anche a piedi in breve tempo.”

The hotel fails in the following: -concierge services : no excursion activity offered , no Options what to do in the area. Only way to do something is through hotel cabs, min charge around 45€ for that. - lack Of hygiene by waiting stuff. “We had a very nice stay at Hotel Montecarlo. The manager, Vishnu, made sure that we had everything we needed. We were upgraded to the presidential suite, which was very spacious. A large sitting room contained a couch and two love seats and a tv and refrigerator. The bedroom also included a tv and small table with two chairs. The bathroom was spacious with both a shower and tub. The pool was very nice in the garden outside. We were taken care of at this hotel and would happily return.”

“La struttura è stata progettata in stile di memoriale ai caduti, cupo, spoglio, ok minimalista, ma così mi sembra eccessivo, non esiste neanche un bar, solo 2 ristoranti di cui uno sempre chiuso, e purtroppo fuori dall'hotel non c'è nulla per chilometri. La pulizia è buona, ma il resto del personale in special modo la reception è completamente inefficiente ed impreparata, hanno dato la nostra camera anche ad altri clienti con tanto di chiave e c'è li siamo trovati in camera "INAUDITO" !!! per...

“Hotel is well maintained and rooms were clean. Time taken for Check-In and Check-Out procedure was more than usual, may be - because of new staff - new system in place. Pointed out a shower head issue to the maintenance team. Restaurant serving time was long and requires improving the speed of service. However, Food was tasting good. In general, this hotel is good to stay and recommend as well.”
